My firm called GD to maintain our fleet. They have done a phenomenal job and they even do it afterhours so I don't have to put any of my trucks down. They charge cheaper than most truck shops despite being onsite and afterhours. Strongly recommend

Did a road service for us in Syracuse, NY. To change a starter. Tuck made it to London, OH and would not start again. Had to tow the truck to the dealer. Dealer found the nut on the starter was not tightened. Lost 2 days of revenue for the truck and additional $1400 is service calls. Called GD for some kind of reimbursement on this. They said they are not responsible of course. Don't waste your time guys. They don't take responsibility for their work.
