I found CNY Auto Spa in Brewerton by accident, my car was stop and not running and the first place I found is this place, and I am happy because they took my car right away and diagnosed it. Dan explained thoroughly and change engine and even take time , the result is satisfying and they did fixed some other issues and will not let it go until everything is fixed, they take time to do it and it was worth every penny I paid.i am satisfied customer from fixing to detailing. Made an appointment for a full detail. Dropped the truck off the afternoon before at 4pm, said I needed it at 4pm the following day. Yeah it'll be done. Showed up at 4pm, it'll just be a few minutes. 15 minutes later, he's almost done, just a few more. 10 minutes later, still not done. I've got to go, I'm taking it... Windows not done, wax not done, door jambs completely untouched. Well you took it before we were done! I showed up at the agreed upon time, you said a few minutes, 25 minutes later it still wasn't done, then Will the owner blames me for taking it before its done. All he had to do was call and say it's taking longer than expected, can you leave it? He never even tried to call and now somehow it's my fault they do a horrible job and weren't done on time. Then he would only refund $80 and told me to bring it back. Dude, you're 33 miles away from me and you couldn't do it right the first time. Not a chance in hell I'm going to go out of my way to give YOU another opportunity. Do yourself a big favor and go ANYWHERE else!

Such a wonderfuL experience to be able to take my SUV to a repair shop and not feel like I was misled or ripped off. The technician was friendly and very knowledgable, explaining in detail what the issue was and what needed to be done to remedy the situation. I was provided a quote and subsequently set an appointment for the necessary repairs (an exhaust, oil change, winter tire mount and balance, and vehicle inspection). The repairs were completed, in what I consider, a reasonable timeframe-while I waited. I highly recommend CNY Auto Spa for all your automotive needs. I plan on having my “summer special” detailed at the facility in the late Spring giving it that little extra TLC.
