Took my vehicle here for an oil change back in January 2 and the front service lady Cindy greeted me with joy and a positive friendly vibe. She offered me a free tire rotation aswell. The manager was very upbeat and friendly and gave me great feedback. I was in and out very quick. Sal and Ricky were the managers, ask for them.

You said you replaced the water pump, you did NOT! You pushed financing, and once approved 😏, you suddenly came up with nonsense about a “bad transmission” that was working perfectly fine.
