I finally found a mechanic with knowledge, experience, and more importantly, high caliber integrity. Rob is the most knowledgeable Ford expert in Vegas. Rob and his crew are top tier people. If you don’t bring your vehicle to 9th Island for service, you’re making a mistake of biblical proportions. Best auto experience ever!

The first time I came here, someone told me they stole my catalytic converter. When coming here, I find out it wasn't. It was just the muffler, so they were honest with me. And told me they could have charged me for a catalytic commerto. Instead of a muffler, which was a lot lot cheaper. I feel very safe here in what they tell me. They're very nice people.You don't find it anymore these days
View on GoogleI’ve lived in Vegas for 43 years and have never found a mechanic that I could say I 100% trust. That search is finally over. I was turned away from my appointment at a nearby Ford repair shop because they wouldn’t accept my warranty. I was then ignored completely by the repair shop next-door until I just had to leave. Frustrated and out of options, finding 9th Island on Google maps was a Godsend. My electrical repair had to be handled by a Ford expert who owns Ford-specific scan tools. Ron is not only a Ford expert, but he is extremely fast, knowledgeable, and thorough. He also treated me like a family member the moment I walked in the door. And even though my repair was covered under warranty, he was still much cheaper and 4x faster than what Ford Country quoted me. I have already referred all of my friends and family to him. If you’re looking for a mechanic, you found him.
