A man named Alan called me canceling my appointment for an oil change. I work tuesday thru fridsy from 8am to 430pm and saturday from 730am to 4pm. I made this appointment well in advance, I was called today about 2 hrs before my appointment to be told they wil not be able to help me today and they will not make room for me monday morning... I told him about my schedule and how I go to you guys because I have had issues with mechanics in the past and I knew I could trust your guys.. I asked for a solution and he hung up on me. I wasnt cursing I wasnt yelling ... I just needed a new appointment on monday and he refused to make room for me after canceling today

These clowns thought I was dumb enough to fall for it. They replaced my oil pan screw with some cheap dollar-store junk, then tried to hit me with an $800 bill for “repairs.” You kidding me? I went to another shop, grabbed the right plug for $5, screwed it in myself, and boom — fixed. No leak, no issue, no bullshit. They were ready to rob me blind, smiling while doing it. That’s not a mechanic shop, that’s a scam in a uniform. Be warned — they’ll fake the fix, keep your cash, and call it a day. Not today. Not with me.

Alex and Johanna, are fantastic! They are so knowledgeable with their services! Alex was not helping me but she took it upon herself to get me an appointment with the DMV for the very next day!!!! Thank you so much girls keep up the good work!

I want to thank Eric and Jimmy . My 20 yr old car handles like a brand new car . I invested on my car with AAA. Compare to other mechanics that try to rip you off . The inspection comes with pictures as well. Looking forward to bringing my car for more upgrades. After my front end got fixed my car handles like my wife’s European car (Keep in mind my wife hits curbs like if she gets commission out if ).. Got all my leaks fixed as well

On April the 30th I got my truck towed to this Center to get an evaluation and estimate for repairs needed as the truck wouldn't start after a battery replacement. On May 4th I was contacted with an price for the diagnostic which I approved. Basically that was the last time I was contacted by the shop. I waited a couple days before calling to ask for the diagnostic and estimate on repairs. On May 7th They told me that they found 3 issues with the truck, one of them required a locksmith to change the drum on the ignition. The person I talk with said that on that day they were going to put a request for the locksmith as it was a third party vendor. Once again I waited for a follow up phone call but as the days went by I decided to call on May 12th, they said that the service advisor had stepped out for few minutes but he would return my call, several hours passed by and nobody called me back so I decided to stop by , I talked to one of the associates at the front desk and the answer was that the locksmith was supposed to come on Monday and he hadn't showed up yet. I expressed my frustration with the lack of communication and the only response I got was to wait as the shop was not responsible for outside vendors. I decided to wait a couple more days but at the end of the day Friday 14th I did not get any news. Today I decided to stop by again and I talked to the same person and his answer was that they still couldn't get a locksmith to come. I asked to talk to the shop manager but he was by him self and said that on Monday I would receive a phone call from the manager, I had talk to the manager a couple times already and honestly I felt a complete lack of knowledge and communication. To me is very hard to believe that AAA is not able to get a locksmith in over a week to replace the drum on an ignition. As AAA I would expect a more expedite response from my vendors but it seems that that's not the case or the Service Center is not doing the job right. After over 2 weeks the locksmith came and said that the issues didn't have anything to do with the ignition switch. Manager finally said that they just couldn't figure out what the problem was so they decided to return my truck and don't charge me for the diagnostic, very kind after wasting two weeks of my time!!! So they towed my truck to a Ford dealer, they didn't take it because AAA mechanics decided to leave panels laying on my seats and Ford would not take it like that. So had to tow it back have them put panels back and tow it back to Ford, a complete lack of professionalism from AAA Service Center. Ford had my truck for less than 2 days and fixed the problem, just a wire from the ignition switch!!! Stay away from this so called Service Center, they lack professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills!!! First and last time using AAA for auto repairs.
