I was greeted happily by the ladies at the desk when I went in for an oil change recently. There was a hiccup in the electronic scheduling system but they were kind enough to squeeze me in anyway and the service was promptly performed. It is much appreciated !

I came in to have a pre purchase inspection on my vehicle back in December & I must admit the staff were all amazing from the moment I stepped into their building, customer service. I must admit I was hesitant at first because of the type of car I drive, I am a minority female veteran. Most mechanics see the type of car I am driving & automatically see a high price ticket repair, they tend to automatically pressure me into buying parts & tend to be lazy on their inspections. But NOT Urban Auto Workz! They treated me like any other customer, they took their time with the inspection. They did not jump to conclusions and pressure me into blindly replacing parts. These are honest people, I feel as if I can trust them not to take advantage of me when it comes to repairing my vehicle. Being a veteran, that means a lot to me especially in a city like this where most people will do anything just to earn an extra buck. Urban Auto Workz, you’ve got yourself a repeat customer💯 & I will spread the word to bring their vehicle to you for honest, reliable, reasonable priced repairs.
