I hit a few potholes and had a complete blowout on one tire and I bent my rim, my other tire on the front was bubbled out and ruined as well. I had my rim repaired, took my car and fixed rim to tireworks, Brayden was able to get me the tires I wanted the next day and was able to get them installed and a new alignment within three hours, I had my car back and on the road in no time! Definitely will be going back for future services!

I had an incredible experience with Tire Works today! I came in for new tires and was greeted immediately. Conner was very professional and explained the details of the service. They were fast, efficient, and had me back on the road within an hour. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a mixed but ultimately positive experience with Tire Works, and I want to share both sides. My first visit was at the Sunset location in Las Vegas, and unfortunately, it was not very pleasant. When I walked in, there was no one available, yet instead of letting me know there would be a long wait or suggesting I make an appointment, they simply took my keys and said they could handle it. I ended up waiting much longer than expected without any clear communication, which was frustrating. However, after I left a review on Google, the company reached out to me and offered a $50 discount to make things right. I appreciated that they took the time to respond and try to resolve the situation, so I decided to give them another chance. Before going to the Tire Works location on North Stephanie in Henderson, I called ahead and was given a price over the phone. When I arrived in person, they initially quoted me a different (higher) price. I mentioned the price I had been given over the phone, and without any issue, they honored it right away. They were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I didn’t even need to use the $50 discount they had offered, as they adjusted the price accordingly (they also mentioned they weren’t aware of the discount, but still worked with me). The job was completed on time, and the quality of the work was solid. Their labor pricing is also very reasonable compared to other places like Firestone or similar mechanic shops. Overall, I would highly recommend Tire Works. Even though my first experience at the Sunset location wasn’t great, the company followed up, made an effort to fix the issue, and proved they value their customers. The Henderson location, in particular, was excellent. From now on, I’ll be making appointments with them because they do good, reliable work at a fair price.

Best Tire Works location. Emailed for a quote on alignment and was responded promptly. Called to see if I needed an appointment, but didn't and they got the job done in 30 minutes. Awesome and kind staff. I was greeted by the store manager, Chris. He was upfront and honest, letting me know what possible maintenance is needed in the future. Didn't upsell or forced any services that I didn't need. Definitely be back in the future for maintenance services. The front end and waiting room is very clean and tidy.

I was quoted over the phone for a Continental Procontact RX Conti-Silent for my 2025 Tesla Model Y, I was very specific on the original phone call, even to the point I offered to send a photo of the correct tire, which I uploaded in this review. The repair was for a flat, due to a screw in the tire, as per picture. After the work was done and returning home I noticed they had used the incorrect tire. I called back on the same day, to correct this mistake and they said they would order the correct tire the next day.. The next day I turned up after getting a call saying the tire has arrived. When arriving I was met with an increase cost and a argument from the store clerk, apparently it was my mistake for them ordering the first tire. The store clerk said I made the mistake when ordering, but I stated I was extremely clear about the part I needed as to match all three other tires. I asked them to go through the call recording if available to listen to what I had ordered, they would not. After they argued with me regarding this, eventually they replaced the tire with the correct tire. After replacing the tire, I drove up the road and was hearing a noise from the vehicle. I went back to the shop and they said it might be the tire sensor, they inspected the tire, I was told the work was done correctly. They also didn't use the correct puck attachment for the jack after I specified it needed it as a Tesla to prevent damage to the battery and undercarriage when lifting the vehicle. It would have been ok if they had admitted to their mistake in the first place, when I turned up the second day, but instead I was called a liar and treated like a criminal. If I could go back in time I would have waited for my tesla appointment, instead of going through all this. This was by far the worst experience of going to any repair shop thus far. I will be getting my vehicle inspected by tesla to confirm the work was done correctly. At the end the store clerk agreed to replace the tire for no extra cost, but why did I need to go through this?
