10/10! I'm very picky when it comes to shops regarding my vehicle, this is one place I can blindly drop my car off and not even give it another thought. JOSEPH is on of the best and hardest workers there this man checked diagnosed and fixed my flat in exactly 17 minutes. 17 MINUTES! I even came in late right before closing and he was the nicest person ever props to Joseph old school work ethic I love it.!

Not only beating the quoted price, I also got some great advice where to have other services done. Not too close to my home, but I’d go there before anywhere else for tires locally! Great atmosphere and trustworthy people!
View on GoogleI came in for an alignment. Appointment was right on time. My car ended up having special needs and after being shown the issue first hand, I was referred across town. Manager was very polite, professional and clear in detail. Great experience. There was no charge, due to the circumstances, but I learned a lot!
View on GoogleBeen a customer for a while at the store gone through quite a few changes in management, but I got the pleasure of meeting Johnathon and a couple of the guys that are still there made me feel at home. Great customer service thank you so much appreciate all that professionalism and the sincerity of everything that I needed to be and advised on what needs to be needed thank you guys so much great job refer to all my friends and family. Thank you again happy holidays to you guys and I will see you again soon on our next 10 cars we’re gonna be bringing in thank you again. Had a problem with my Goodyear card, but we’re gonna get that taken care of thank you again.
View on GoogleEdit update: went back to get my wheels rebalanced after experiencing shaking on the highway. When I arrived it took 13 mins for someone to even realize I was there, but they took the truck in right away and didn't take long to get all the wheels balanced. The big problem was the mechanic that did the work had dirty gloves from a job he was doing and left oil makes in the interior, no seat cover as well. It also seems that they never have enough employees as well. Unfortunately I wouldn't go back after this due to the greasy glove and cloths situation Had a nail in my tire that I wanted plugged, unfortunately my tread was a little too low to accomplish that and I needed a new tire. While the price wasn't the cheapest in town the service made up for it. The managers and shop guys are car guys and know what they are talking about. That also makes up for the slightly higher price. You know when your truck comes out and the tire is properly aligned with the valve stem they know what they are doing. Not many places or people know that the yellow dot is supposed to be aligned with the valve stem for balance. Anyway I'll definitely go back for 2 more tires when needed.
