Even after I picked up my car, they went the extra mile by checking in a few weeks later to make sure everything was still running smoothly. That level of care is rare these days. I had a great experience with Sonny’s Auto Repair Shop. The team did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my vehicle, and the quality of the repair really shows. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish. A special shoutout to Giselle—she’s a standout. Her customer service is exceptional, and she was proactive every step of the way, making sure I understood what was going on with my car and what needed to be done. Very disappointed and not satisfied with their work. I had couple of things done: 1) Brake fluid flush - they spilled fluid on front left fender and stained paint. 2) Coolant flush - they misplaced cover cap of reservoir and put another bottle cap. 3) Transmission fluid flush - did not fill up fluid which cause overheating and malfunction in the transmission. See photos. This auto repair shop does not take their work seriously but cause issues. I will never go back and take my vehicle here again!
