Exceptional communication By Eric and Cita. Great customer service. Chuck, I'm assuming is their lead mechanic, also has great communication and performed great work on my 04 Ram 1500. Drives better now then when I bought it 3 years ago. I've taken this truck to 3 different mechanics, and most of them had differing opinions on the maintenance due for my 20 year old truck. Sansone's was straight forward with me and checked on all of my concerns. Love the feature where you can see the pics of the proposed issues!

If I could give this shop 6 stars, I would. Brought my 2003 Lexus ES300 in on Feb. 13th last month dealing with issues like misfiring and bad rpm fluctuations when idle. Having had my car brought to 3 different mechanics prior, they tried and found no solution. Initially, since it was the 4th mechanic I was bringing my car to get repaired, I was skeptical but decided based on reputation that I could give Sansone's Automotive shop a shot. I made an appointment to have my car dropped off for the team on 2/13/26. The next day I receive a very informative and knowledgeable breakdown of what's going on with my car from Eric and how they were going to go through with repairs. I knew then my car was in safe hands with absolute certainty. By Monday morning 2/16/26, due to pending parts, my car was fixed and running better than ever before the problem! No more misfiring or rpm fluctuations. The team did an excellent job going above and beyond so I can't be more glad to have placed my trust in them. I'll be sure to continue my service with them for any other car issues I have. From the updates to the much appreciated report(s), diagnostic, invoice, and customer service thank you very much to the entire team! If you are looking for any auto shop then look no further because THIS IS THE SHOP in Vegas.

Overall an amazing company! Starting with my initial inquiry to picking up my car, was a 5 star experience. I knew I was at the right place the minute I stepped through the door and was greeted. Pricing was affordable. They were accurate and precise in finding the problem with my AC. If you need an honest mechanic that isn’t going to “find” things that need to be fixed, that you can feel good about when you pick up your vehicle, that is 100% honest, reliable, straightforward, efficient, excellent communication, and goes out of their way to help you, then Samsones is who you’re looking for!
