Previously, I had been taking my Chrysler Pacifica to Chapman Chrysler for about two years. I trusted that the dealership was honest and dependable with repairs, but toward the end, things started to feel suspicious — especially when work did not seem to be completed properly. At times, they would make it seem like they were doing me a favor by lowering costs or providing work for free, yet I found myself constantly having to come back. Since my car had always been in great condition, the repeated issues and repairs started to feel odd. After asking around for referrals, several people recommended Rocha Mechanic, so I decided to call for a second opinion. Right away, I noticed what made them stand out from other places I had contacted — the questions they asked showed experience, professionalism, and genuine concern about identifying the real issue instead of just selling repairs. When I visited the shop, I was impressed by how clean and organized everything was, which is not always common in repair shops. Throughout the process, they stayed in communication with me about the work that needed to be done, and their pricing was fair and reasonable. After the repair, the driving performance of my car noticeably improved, and I truly feel like I found a mechanic I can trust. In a time where honesty can be hard to find and many places seem more focused on money than people, finding Rocha was truly a blessing. I’m very appreciative of their work and will continue bringing my car there. I’ll definitely be recommending them to others.

We have a car with under 30 thousand miles. We were bringing it to the dealership until the last time when we were told we needed $2600 of work. After much online research, we made an appointment with Rocha. We had them check all our concerns. They are friendly, knowledgable and above all, honest. After checking everything, they let us know we were not needing anything but an oil change!! Highly recommend this repair shop. Would give 10 stars if possible!

Jamie Rocha was honest, reasonable and fair. He worked on my Ford Expedition and did the repairs for less than half of what the local Ford dealer wanted. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be back if the need arises.😊

Been searching for trustworthy, understanding your situation and dam friendly garage. I have found it and not going anywhere else. Had severaliteme worked on over the last 2 months, saying I neglected my vehicle. Transmission, was quoted at elite at 10k and to talk to his friend at ford dealership to buy a new car. it was almost half the price, better deal with 5 year and unlimited mile warranty, then my power steering pump went out. He was more than fair and the stabilizer bar on my front axle. The car is safe and I can take my precious cargo, kiddos, wife and pets on safe trips. ThanksJamie.

Five stars for a reason. This shop is genuinely one of the last trustworthy mechanics you’ll find. They recently fixed my water pump, and it has now been two weeks since I got my car back. It’s running better than it has all year. The difference is unreal. The team here is friendly, communicates clearly, and keeps a clean, professional shop. Even though the location is tucked away and can be a little hard to find, that almost makes them a best-kept secret. They also finished my car earlier than promised, which I really appreciated. This is actually my second time using them for a moderate repair. A few years ago they replaced my fuel pump, and I still remembered how solid their work was. That’s why I came back, and once again, they didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend.
