Stay super far away and avoid this scammer shop and staff. Took my vehicle for one main reason and initially entrusted them to service additional parts recommended and spent thousands not knowing at the end they did not fix the initial concern. In addition after picking up my vehicle and carefully checking my engine they never replaced the parts that were supposed to be replaced with a brand new part and still charged me. Only after addressing the issue and confronting them they gave me a partial refund stating they forgot and overlooked to replace it and supposedly still had the new part in the shop. This shop and staff will truly rip you off if they think you don’t know anythin about cars. Uncertain if the owner knows what his service mechanics or advisors are pulling just to generate additional charges but I hope karma finds you from dishonesty!

View on GoogleSpoke with the guys at RG Motorworks several times regarding the repair of my 2007 BMW 328i which was towed in on a Saturday afternoon. Reddy and Ryan were very patient with me and I did get most of the recommended work done, trust me, the bill was huge because of a timing issue, oil housing leak and front control arm bushings. They got it finished in a timely manner and the car is running great! They even did some extra work on the cosmetics of the front lower bumper area that got messed up on one of those parking blocks. Highly recommended!
