I brought my car in for a consultation after a different shop caused some significant issues. The repair costs were higher than I anticipated, but since this shop was highly recommended, we decided to move forward with them. To make a long story short, we had recently replaced the alternator at the previous mechanic. They had assured us that any squealing noises would be normal and nothing to worry about for at least a month. We followed up with them multiple times to address the problem, but we were completely ghosted. We turned to Grease Monkey, and they quickly identified that the previous shop had botched the initial repair. As a result, we needed to replace the water pump and AC compressor. We agreed to have them complete the work because of their excellent 3-year warranty on parts and labor, along with their partnership with a helpful financial assistance program. Their communication and commitment throughout the entire process were outstanding — truly top-tier. The car is now completely fixed and drives like brand new. A great alternative to Ford Country! Family owned and operated, honest about what needs to be done now vs what can wait, a quick turnaround (less than 48 hours for for an AC replacement and back brakes on a Ford Fusion), good value (the middle ground of multiple quotes), and a nationwide warranty! Close to home too! And nice to talk with a female who knows her stuff *and* can break it down for you without making you feel dumb! Much appreciated!!!
View on GoogleFinally! An Honest Mechanic! I took my 2011 Ford edge in to replace the headlight bulbs, they did the replacement but they specified that adjustment was extra. I thought it might not be necessary so I opted out. Turns out it was necessary. I called them and got a quote. It was $100 cheaper than the AAA garage quote so I took it back. It was done the same day and they charged exactly what they quoted me. I wish the city of Henderson would let this small business thrive instead of harassing them.

View on GoogleI came in and immediately felt like I walked into my favorite uncle's shop. Friendly and experts in their craft. Pride in their work and honest quotes. I needed oil change and tire rotations, easy. But I needed other work done and while working told me what else will come up in future based on what they saw and based on common issues with my vehicle make and model (which were true, I looked them up). My shop to go to for sure. Also, a nice little Cafe is a 4 minute walk away, same street!
