My car was in an accident the day after Halloween, being an employee at Mercedes Benz of Henderson we constantly use Frank’s for the cars here so I figured why not take my personal vehicle to them. From the start Regina was very sweet and friendly towards me guiding me through the process as well as dealing with my insurance. Updates were frequent and stress free up until the day my vehicle was ready for pickup. The paint matching was absolutely flawless and would definitely like to bring my car back here if they offer paint matching services for aftermarket body parts!

I was rear ended and Frank’s Auto Body was at the top of the list from my insurance carrier for a partner and was highly rated - I can see why! Connie up at front was so kind and took the time to explain the whole process to me. I was able to get in quick and felt very reassured dropping my car off. I got daily updates and my car was even done a few days early. I picked it up sparkling clean and looking brand new! Josh was great to work with and while I hope I never need to take my car in again - this would be my first choice.

CJ took care of me from start to finish updated me promptly the service was excellent. the body repair was completed very nicely snd is warrantied for the life of the vehicle. my honda prologue is now back on the road snd looks like showroom new. they even washed and cleaned the car at pick up.
