I have 66,689 miles and it was time to flush my transmission and change the differential oil. BMs used OEM fluids and was very professional and knowledgeable - and I know this because my significant other worked in a garage when he was younger and they had a technical conversation. BMs also checked my brake fluid, AC and radiator fluids - all good. Over all extremely satisfied and will come back in 30,000 miles to have it all done over again Lord willing. I tow a trailer full time so getting this service was overdo and now that I know - I know. Thank you Brake Masters!

I visited Brake Masters today on edge & feeling uneasy; because as a woman I’m challenged with subpar over priced services at mechanic shops. I ended up needed a lot of work done (AC fan, Freon, tires rods, breaks and rotors) & had a ZERO dollar budget. The manager Khalid was very helpful not only did he work with me & gave me discounts but he & the mechanic Hardy (Big thanks to Hardy for explaining & showing me concerning parts on my vehicle that needed attention) who worked on my vehicle explained and showed me all the parts on my vehicle that was damaged worn & explained why they needed replaced. Khalid and Josh were very patient with me & explained things to me until I understood. I was looking to cut corners and try to fix one thing at a time because of my financial limitations. Josh explained to me that they have 3 different in-store finance companies that have 90-day ZERO interest that I could apply for. To my surprise, I applied for them & Thanks be to God, I was approved and able to get all my vehicle concerns & problems fixed & addressed! My vehicle was fixed the same day and I’m now rolling with the much needed AC, new tires rods & new brakes in this Nevada heat. Not only are they trustworthy but they are friendly & patient too. Just what a woman needs🙂

Excellent service from the mechanic and assistant manager Khaled. The mechanic was knowledgeable, honest, and did quality work, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The assistant manager was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I appreciated their integrity, communication, and great customer service. Superb service from them when I came in with a loose Skid Plate. They were kind enough to take care of me immediately when I merely walked in. Extremely professional, and I will return if further services that align with their offerings, are required.
