Waste of my time. Waste of adding miles to my car trying to sell it here. Had to wait an hour to have them lowball my original quoted offer. Thus leading to me not selling and wasting hours of my time with the commute there and traffic. Salesman was nice but cmon……… don’t waste people’s time and miles on their car
View on GoogleStick with the shop. The oil change was done but not without a multitude of issues. First, appointment time was 3:30 and the technician decided to head over at 1:30 without confirming and I wasn’t available (hence 3:30 appointment time). Then, the appointment took about an hour. When I went out to see my truck, he informed me “the wind blew” and he spilled oil all over my truck. There were haphazard cleaning attempts but I could see oil all over the front. He then climbed into my vehicle, getting oil all over the exterior door handle, my wheel, my center console, and the interior door handle. Additionally, he spilled what looks to be the entire oil pan on my street and I’m going to be dealing with my HOA as a result.
View on GoogleSecond time using them! Had my brake pads done first. That went so easy and well that I had the front struts and rear shocks changed on my F150 (a big job!). Pretty amazing what they can get done in a few hours in my driveway. I’m sure the dealership would have had my truck for a few days. Even better that I can schedule the work on a Sunday when I’m off from work. So convenient! The mechanics were both very friendly and professional. I live in Summerlin and was a little worried about having work done in my driveway. Their repair vehicles are very nice and I received no negative feedback from my neighbors. I will most definitely use them in future.
View on GoogleAs part of purchase of my Chevy Malibu I also have 6 services over a 5 year period for $330. They come to the house to do the oil change, tire rotation and inspection. It's a nice feature to have. The technician was friendly and did a fantastic job. All done in less than 1 hour. I do recommend the AutoNation Mobile Service to anyone that would like front door service.
