Towed my durmax here when smoke occurred out the tailpipe. Their diagnosis stated they found nothing wrong and that the truck was “safe to drive”. They even drove it themselves to the front of the shop and handed me the key. On the very first street smoke reappeared and the truck blew up leaving me stranded on the middle lane in traffic. Immediately called the shop in which they replied “too bad” I then towed it to a different shop, they found my oil was high and they could’ve prevented damage if I had brought it in BEFORE the explosion. I now need an entire new engine block… I cannot describe my frustration with AJ’s auto service. They destroyed my diesel truck by lying to me, being lazy and left me with a middle finger in the midst of dangerous traffic. Reply: You did not recommend a shop, not verbally or on any paperwork. After researching and talking to multiple other shops and lawyer I’ve learned you CAN legally diagnose the engine, you just cannot modify the exhaust which was already done well before it arrived to your shop. Totally legal to even work on the engine with the egr still installed as this new shop is now currently doing here, local in Vegas. Plus that does not change the fact your employees- -DROVE IT KNOWING- -that there were problems causing more issues. All you had to do is check the oil, which has nothing to do with the exhaust. You’re lucky you did not charge me, or I’d sue you the $22,000 in damages you caused. Totally dishonest and despicable shop…

I have a 1994 diesel that 8 other mechanics refused to look at. AJ's was the only place willing to take a look at it. I had a starting problem, and had replaced the fuel injector pump with what I later figured out to be faulty. As I was priming the pump, the starter died. Replaced that, but then my engine ran like garbage because of the faulty pump. This is when I brought the truck to get the pump timed because it was misfiring. Unfortunately, because of the weird circumstances, AJ's misdiagnosed the problem as a worn out engine. (Very understandable because of the results they received when testing the truck as the engine has no computer and is purely mechanical) Because I wasn't about to give up on my truck I went back through and swapped my old injector pump back onto the truck, and because I had already replaced the starter, I had no more issue with the truck being hard to start, the cylinders were all heating up like they should and it ran buttery smooth. So it turned out that my starter had been getting too tired to turn the engine over fast enough to start, and the rebuilt fuel injector pump was faulty which led to the misdiagnosis. Anyways, AJ's customer service was wonderful and wasn't pushy, and made everything right in this series of unfortunate events when I went back and told them what had happened.

Great service, fast turnaround, They also quoted me a higher than what they actually charged. overall great service. I’ll be returning for future services. Had a few things done at one time.

I've been to AJ's twice. The first time I had major work done. Very happy with the work they did. My diesel truck loves them! Fast turnaround too. They earned the 5 stars.

They diagnosed CEL light on my F350 and fixed the truck quickly. Especially, since they had to fix Gaudin Ford’s poor and unethical maintenance repair. Gaudin used wood screws to assemble the DEF Sending / Heater Assembly Unit. Gaudin had also crushed the vent assembly to the unit.
