Ace Complete Auto Repair

A fantastic little mechanic shop! I just moved right down the road and recently found out I needed front suspension work done as well have my radiator hoses replaced. I shopped around local shops in the Steph mechanic area and my most competitive quote came from Ace Complete Auto. Jose at the front was amazing and advised me to replace ball joints as well since the area was already being serviced at no additional labor charge and WOW so glad he mentioned it was absolutely a important repair and he saved me a lot of money with his expertise The turnaround time on the service was amazing, and they worked with my limited availability great! Jose personally showed me all my old parts before I left to visually inspect the issues he properly diagnosed I’m really happy with my service at ace complete auto care, and plan to continue service at this shop! This is an amazing owner operated shop. We originally found Ace when we were looking for someone to perform basic oil changes & maintenence on a household of European & Korean cars. Since then, it's become our go to spot for everything. We have a Volvo, Audi Mercedes & a Hyundai. We had the radiator replaced on the Volvo at another shop but my son continued to have to put coolant in the car frequently. We took it back to that shop & were told nothing was wrong. No suggestions or possibilities were offered so my son just continued to keep a supply of coolant on hand & check the levels. Recently, he decided to take it to Ace to find out why his oil was leaking. They diagnosed & gave 2 possible reasons. They also said when the car was in the shop, they would let us know what needed to be done to fix the radiator leak. While my son decided when he wanted to get the repair done, he realized he also needed brakes. By the time he dropped his car off, he had worn the brakes down so badly, the calipers seized. Needless to say, we were sure that with all of these issues, we would be in for a couple thousand dollars at least. We were given an estimate, which seemed reasonable. When my son called for the total before picking the car up, the final cost was $800 under what we had been quoted. I've never experience that with an auto repair shop before. They even discovered that the radiator wasn't the issue. A hard to access hose had been incorrectly installed & was causing the leak. They tightened it up while doing the other repairs & it has not leaked since. My son says the car runs like it's new. This place is the best. They are honest & do a great job. You'll definitely need to make an appointment ahead of time because they're busy but they're worth it.

This place is awesome. I came for an oil pressure sensor replacement on my 08 Escalade. I already had the part so it was labor only. Other places were trying to charge me $300 but Jose only charged me $85 and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I will continue coming back here for my auto repair needs! Thanks again

I was recommended to Ace by a friend for an engine install on my Accord. I was told I was getting a low mile Japanese imported engine. The mechanic lied to me and installed an American engine that is leaking oil from various places and left me stranded multiple times. I will never recommend anyone to this shop.
