Eric was a total dream to work with. They did such an amazing job on my Jeep. It literally looks like it rolled off the showroom floor. They are extremely friendly and very consultative. If they see something that isn’t right, they’ll tell you. And they take the time to present options for you to consider. They were more than fair on the price and the quality was exceptional. Here's how they went above and beyond for me: 1) Entirely open and flexible schedule accomodating MY issues with MY backup vehicle, making me 2 days late to drop off 2) They STILL got my car back to me ON TIME, 2 days earlier than the revised estimate 3) OEM parts were price matched at no additional cost 4) Mazda soul red crystal is notorious for being a HUGE pain to correct effectively, and it looks FLAWLESS 5) They cleaned my car inside and out so well, it looks better than new. That also included some gel residue on the inside of my windshield from an old phone mount, which had NOTHING to do with their repair, AND they left touch up paint just in case Big thanks to Cody and Cathy for taking great care of my vehicle!

I felt at ease taking my claim to a location that had staff that were professional, kind and educated for all of my questions. They were extremely patient even while my claim took longer than normal to close, and I felt they were always honest in the feedback given.
