Bob and his daughter are amazing! My hubby and son first met Bob broken down by his house and he came to the rescue… we have a fleet of cars, mowers, and all sorts of toys and Bob is able to work on them all! He’s very prompt and very honest and reasonable with the cost for repair… unfortunately we need a lot of repairs done.. Not only is Bob our go to mechanic, he has become like family to us! We are so very thankful for Bob and family

He gave me a full breakdown of what was going on with my car and what was next. He never tried to sell me anything more and the prices could not be beat. Just warning…I’ll be back!!
View on GoogleThis place is worthless! They had my parents Durango for over 5 months. Never fixed it properly and never communicated. Took their money for the repairs. Then it ran worse than before they dropped it off. Bob (owner) advised he would get to the bottom of it and would offer a credit towards future repairs. It gets better. The mechanic left a tool in the vehicle. Bob demanded it back ASAP. He hounded my parents so much that he said he would call the sheriff and report it stolen. Yes, and we have the text to prove it! They took the vehicle back for him to work on. The Durango sat there for months, no communication at all. My parents had to reach out to him, excuse after excuse after excuse! My parents wanted their vehicle back to take somewhere else to get repaired. Owner would not answer the door. So, my parents went to the lot. Found their Durango unlocked with the keys on the seat. They had to jumpstart the Durango because it sat there so long. Haven't heard a word from Bob since they vehicle was recovered. My parents are great people and always give people the benefit of the doubt. They gave this place too many get out of jail free cards. STAY AWAY FROM CPX COUNTRY AUTO !! RIP OFF. Don't even want to give 1 star but have to so I can make a post.
