CUSTOMER SERVICE SECOND TO NONE! Where do I even begin? We purchased our new Bronco from Baxter Ford Papillion in 2022. Since we live several hours away, we initially chose to have it serviced locally. Unfortunately, we dealt with an issue that persisted for years and only seemed to get worse, despite multiple attempts to fix it. Finally, I reached out to Bill at Baxter Ford Papillion Service—and from our very first conversation, I knew we were in the right hands. He took the time to truly listen to our concerns and asked us to bring the Bronco in for a thorough inspection. Within just a couple of days, the problem was identified and completely resolved—IN A SINGLE VISIT! This was no easy fix, but Bill never gave up. He kept us informed every step of the way and showed a level of care and dedication that’s hard to find. He treated our Bronco as if it were his own and made us feel like more than just customers. Bill and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND, EXCEEDING all of our expectations. Our only regret is not coming to Baxter Ford Papillion Service sooner.

We recently brought our Bronco to Baxter Ford Papillion for service. The service advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to get it serviced in a timely manner and out the door. We will definitely keep doing business with this dealership. Highly recommend.

Baxter Ford was the worst dealership service experience I have had. We dropped our car off on a Monday afternoon for an oil change, a tail light bulb replacement, and an inspection after raising several concerns. We were told they would look at it first thing Tuesday morning and follow up by midday. That never happened. I had to call multiple times and send several texts just to get an update, and I could not reach our assigned service advisor. Another staff member eventually told me they had not even looked at the car yet. This pattern continued for days. Each time we were told it would be looked at the next day, and each time there was no proactive communication. By Thursday, we were told there was now a larger job ahead of us and that they would try to get to it by Friday. This was already far beyond what should be expected for basic service. When I pushed back, they “guaranteed” it would be done by Friday but would not offer anything to back that up, not even a loaner vehicle. We ultimately picked the car up after nearly a full week. They claimed to have completed the oil change and replaced the tail light bulb. When we got into the car in the parking lot, the bulb was still out. It had not been replaced. On top of that, they attempted to charge several two hundred dollar inspection fees despite the lack of progress and the breakdown in communication. Those charges were eventually reversed after escalating, but it should not have required that level of effort. Overall, this was a complete failure in communication, execution, and basic service standards. I would not trust them with routine work and would strongly recommend going elsewhere

Amazing people! Loden was my service advisor, he is super patient and communicates very well. He was able to get in my Mustang and get it programmed in no time! I met a lot of other people here who were amazing too! 10/10 Highly recommended!

We’ve so far had very good experiences with the service department at Baxter maintaining our three Ford vehicles. They have reasonable prices for routine maintenance and we’ve had good luck with more involved repairs and warranty work.
