I have been going to Papillion Foreign Motors for about 4 years now and I can't say enough nice things about them. I trust them because they tell me the truth about what I need without trying to upsell. They are knowledgable and stay up to date with the technologies, they keep my car running smoothly and safely. I'm so glad I found them when I did.

View on GoogleI went here to get a full service check. Jeff and Max were very friendly, and genuinely wanted to prepare my vehicle to travel across the country. Their suggestions on what to get done came from a place of wanting to help, not wanting my money. They gave clear breakdowns explaining the why behind each repair suggestion. Love their process of taking pictures of every part of the vehicle. Got new brake pads front and rear, transmission/brake fluid, new wipers, and a few other miscellaneous jobs all done in a day. Awesome place, No BS, great guys. Ive been to several shops around the country, including your chain places, and can confidently say they are the Best mechanic shop I’ve been to. Main reasons: Customer service, efficiency, and quality. I also called and got an appt within a few days which is rare. Highly recommend! Thanks again, Jeff & Max.

View on GoogleI recently had PFM do a bunch of work on an older Volvo and the team was absolutely excellent throughout the whole process. The communication from PFM is among the best I have ever encountered with a car repair shop - from quick text updates to comprehensive documents online showing what work needs to be done, you will have all the information you could want to make a decision about your car. They gave me advice and options and discussed the pros and cons of each choice, which was something I really appreciated, and all the work was done to an excellent standard. The team that works there is really great, and I enjoyed talking to everyone who worked there from start to finish. If you are unlucky enough to need a mechanic, you'd be lucky to end up with your car at PFM!
