We had what we thought was a freon recharge repair. While we did require that, we learned through an extensive diagnostic run, due to a recurring light board issue, that there were many issues for our well loved car. Jalen and Tucker professionally walked us through the list and were gracious to afford us time in deciding how to proceed. They provided feasible repair options and an affordable timeline. We went forward with the repairs and were elated to get our car back in just one day when we thought it may be two or more. Jalen and Tucker were efficient and expedient in having parts ordered and ready to go. These guys came highly recommended by Rod, at Quality Auto when he could not take on our list of repairs. I enjoyed Jaylen's company, he reassured my parts are the best quality, gave me a ohnest detailed description of what my vehicle needs. He wished me a safe trip and offered to give him a call if I had concerns. They also help finance your payment through synchrony He had everything all set up and my stay was pretty fast for the repair they did. I enjoyed the fact that they have refreshments, drinks, coffee, and snacks. They also had a clean restroom and a employee comes to make sure the lobby is clean. They also have chargers provided for your phone as you wait. Jaylen even offered a free lyft ride if I ever needed it. If I ever come back to this town and need service, they would be on the top of my list. Will highly recommend this place for good service

View on GoogleBeen coming here after my family told me they helped them get their truck squared away. I brought in both of my vehicles here. I’m disappointed now that after multiple attempts to get some clunky noise figured out I’ve been told 2 techs doing a drive with my truck Cannot hear anything. No noise, No metal on metal rattling. But, I can literally drive down the street from them and hear it. On to another Shop.
