H+H Jeep Dodge Ram Service Department

Poor communication and very unethical service and techs! Brought my vehicle in for a recall on a Monday afternoon, assuming it would be fixed by end of day Tuesday. After waiting all day, I called the service advisor and was told there were 7 vehicles ahead of me in service and it wasn't even in a bay yet. He said he would call when it was completed. I didn't hear anything on Wednesday or Thursday and finally got a call around 11AM on Friday saying the work was done and there were some things they found that needed addressed. Some of the items were legitimate for a vehicle with 90,000 miles. My issue is that they said I needed a left side motor mount and it would cost $1000 to replace. The funny thing is, I had that motor mount replaced less than 5 months ago at a different shop! When I got there, I pulled my invoice from the other shop and showed the service advisor that I had it replaced 5 months ago and it seemed funny that if would fail so soon. So, he went and got the tech, and I asked him about it. At that point the tech said that he really couldn't see the motor mount and based it off of seeing old, dried fluid under the vehicle from the original leak. He also stated that the engine wasn't vibrating or shaking, which would indicate that the motor mount did not need replaced. So, I said basically you are wanting to charge for a part that didn't need replaced, and had already been replaced? They looked at each other, knowing I just caught them in a lie. Then after finishing the paperwork, the service advisor actually had the nerve to say I was going to get a survey, and he would appreciate it if I gave him a 10 or whatever the best score is. Funny thing is, I never got the survey in my email, I'm sure that wasn't by accident. Either way I will never bring any vehicle here for service again, nor will I ever buy a vehicle again from H&H. I'm sure this never got communicated to the Manager and even if they do see this, I doubt they will respond and if they do, it will just be a 'sorry for your experience' generic response.

Welcoming and friendly demeanor, great communication, readily contacted the company that administers my extended service plan so that pre-authorizations were all set and ready to go, ensured our Ram 1500 was serviced in a very timely fashion. Will definitely be seeking out the assistance of Jesse again if our Ram needs servicing again.

Jesse is proactive and always super attentive when I have an issue. He does a great job of following up and ensuring my issue is resolved. 10's across the board!!

They were pretty prompt! Fred was first to greet me at service and it was very nice to see him as he sold me my first grand Cherokee 19 years ago at a different dealership and it was a pleasure to talk to him. Always super friendly! Jon was great as my representative at the service desk and quick. Also, shout out to Cedric in sales for looking up my current lease and checking into my next available options…. Was very helpful and much appreciated. Thank you to all the H and H staff that accompanied me that day!
