Ron was awesome! My wife and I were traveling through Nebraska, on our way to Missouri when our '19 GMC 2500 HD decided it was time for some repairs. I called Jill in the service dispatch and she set me up with Ron. I explained to Jill and Ron we were just traveling through and we're on our way to Missouri. Ron got our tow truck in right away and had us back on the road within a few hours. With Ron's help and that of his crew, we made to our next stop without any more issues. Thank you Ron and team for all your help!

I normally only review food/restaurants, but thought I’d have to give a shout out to H&H’s service department. Had some body work and mechanical issues fixed on a truck I bought from them a few years ago. I can’t say enough about the first class job they did and the customer service. They stand behind their promises and treat their customers like royalty. Never had that from any other dealerships in the past. It’s really unheard of these days. 5 stars on this one, and my next vehicle will also be from them!!!!

They also have loaner vehicles available with an appointment. Yesterday was drivetrain and tire maintenance. Same day in and out! Great communication. Perfect experience.
