Brandon Leeder at Dingman's in Papillion did an amazing job walking me through the whole process of the repair! His communication was excellent! They finished before the deadline & the repairs made my vehicle better than new! Thank you for going above & beyond!

View on GoogleNeeded an estimate on my 2004 Lincoln Town Car after being in an accident. I was scheduled for the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted by Brandon who asked what happened and seemed genuinely concerned. We took a look at my car and after seeing that the driver's door wouldn't open, he asked if he could get it back to the shop before I left and at least get the door to open. I said "Wow, that would be wonderful!" After checking the rest of the damage he took my car into the shop and in 10 minutes had the driver's door remedied (and at no charge!). That was such a relief as getting in and out from the passenger side was quite a chore. He answered all my questions and went over the cost for repairs which was very reasonable. I will be bringing my car back to Dingman's soon to finish the repairs. It was Halloween and the young lady at the front desk had the cutest scarecrow costume on. She was very pleasant and personable. The waiting room was spacious and extremely clean with free coffee/refreshments, coloring books and crayons for the kids and casual seating. They also had a '56 Ford on display by the windows. How cool is that! I recommend Dingman's for all related issues. I'd give 6 stars if i could. Thank you Dingman's and I'll be back soon.
View on GoogleI haven’t been in a car accident since my teens so I was pretty clueless how to proceed with insurance matters- not only was my eventual service with Dingman’s great, but before we were even dealing with quotes they were extremely helpful in explaining how these things work to me. Definitely great customer service, since at that point we weren’t sure if the at-fault party’s company worked with them, but they were still eager to help me sort things out. After we did get the claims business sorted they continued to be extremely helpful and attentive. They also helped me through the rental car process and I was able to get a pickup from Ralston Enterprise directly at their location. They then kept me updated at every point of the repairs process, and even finished ahead of the original eta!

The staff was courteous, efficient and highly skilled. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Dingman’s in Papillion.
