Absolutely loved this shop and the employees. The atmosphere is welcoming and they are very eager to hear you out and explain things to you. I sat there for 4 hours and heard how well they explained things. (I stayed completely by choice because they offer complimentary rides to where you need to go and back once your vehicle is done.) They offer snacks and drinks in the waiting room that include some pretty comfy couches as well as some toys for the kids to play with.

They were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They told me how much it was going to cost to diagnose the issue before they took my truck and I agreed to it. So I really don’t have any right to complain. I had a bad fuel gauge that I was pretty sure was a failed sending unit and a TPMS failure. So I spent $300 to find out it would cost me close to $2000 to fix my truck. I don’t know what I was hoping for but after I got home I thought “I just spent 300 to find out what I already knew and my truck is still broke. “. I miss the good old days of free estimates. lol.

From my initial phone call to driving my expertly serviced vehicle home, the team here at The Auto Shop was nothing short of amazing. They were very professional, yet able to break things down to where an everyday person like me could follow what was going on. I only have one vehicle and Uber's expensive. No worries as I was provided a shuttle to my home, and then back to the shop as soon as my vehicle was ready. If you're in need of expert vehicle service in JC, but also value being treated as a person rather than a number, The Auto Shop is where you need to be.

I had a lot of work done on my Jeep Renegade and I really appreciate the level of communication. I’ve never taken my car somewhere they actually send you pictures of what they find along with detailed descriptions of what you need to have done, why, and what can wait if need be. Everyone I talked to was very friendly too. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
