Highly Unprofessional and Unreliable I have had multiple issues with this shop involving two different vehicles. For my 2016 Chevy Malibu, they promised a deal to have the transmission fixed but refused to provide the funds for the repair to be finished elsewhere after it continued to malfunction (rattling and eventually going out). On my 2021 Buick Encore GX, I specifically requested a rear brake job. The secretary told the mechanic to do the front ones instead. My brakes are still squealing, and when I brought it back for them to hear, they claimed they couldn't hear anything. I have a print-off from Firestone confirming the rear rotors needed replacement, which proves the work I asked for wasn't done correctly.This feels like intentional neglect or retaliation for other legal matters. Between the mechanical incompetence and the refusal to honor their promises, I cannot recommend this shop. If you want your repairs done right the first time, go somewhere else. I did several disputes n request for refund nothing has been done another place that preyed on the disabled and robbed and scammed me due to my race disability and the war going on. Time to shut it down

He was upfront and honest about everything and left it for us to decide on what to do. Our family will forever be back. We tried High street auto on a limb and it was the best chance we ever took! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I am very pleased with the service I received. They were very honest and fair with their pricing. Had a new rack and pinion put in and so far so good. I will be bringing my vehicles to them going forward. Nice to have honest shops around.
