DON'T GO HERE!!!!! We got lied to about the price by $500!!!! They have us a price for around $1000 and we okay'd it. Then we went to pick up the van, it was $500 more then what they said and they lied ABC tried to say that was the price the whole time. Refused to give us our vehicle without paying the full amount. So they basically robbed us. We got prices from other shops. Chose this one because of the lie about the cost. If they would have told us the truth we found a cheaper shop somewhere else and we would have said no! I guess stealing $500 is more important than having repeat customers.

Auto Pro Car agreed to put a water pump on my RAV4 even tho they didn’t supply it - it was under warranty from another installation. Two days after getting my car, it started to leak antifreeze. Took my car back in. First they said no leak - when it was obvious there was a leak. Then they said there was a leak but since they didn’t supply the water pump the labor wasn’t under warranty - after paying them $400 - how can a car repair not test and know they didn’t put on a water pump correctly and it was still leaking antifreeze??? They knew this and didn’t want to correct it because they didn’t want to have “additional” labor involved when they knew they put the water pump on wrong AND knew it was leaking antifreeze. Do NOT take your vehicle there. A friend had them do some electrical wiring and, paid them over $300, and they did not do it properly. Do NOT take your vehicle there!

So my experience was at FIRST. They were very nice. They were very respectful. They were very understanding because I had a church helping me pay for the vehicle and during their test drive. They forgot to take an old coil or old thing that goes on the water pump out and it ended up wrapping around something and they broke it during that timeframe so my bill went from $500 and some change to over $3000 and then they wanted me to pay for that Then on top of that they did not tell me when they were gonna have my car removed from their property and both of my car seats are in there and both of them car seats each were $236 apiece so now I’m out of those out of a vehicle and they did not communicate at all whatsoever and they definitely have communicated with me in the past numerous times This is unacceptable completely unacceptable that’s not how you run a business. That’s not how you treat your customers and I am just flabbergasted that this has occurred. I’m a single mom with one income, but I believe possibly because they knew that the church were going to help me pay that they kind of just took that and ran with it like oh they’ll just pay anything That’s what I think. Honestly, all I’m gonna do is pray for them. Because that’s all I can do, but if I was you, I would definitely find someplace else in Jefferson City to take your vehicle because that is not the place. I promise you. and if I had the choice, I would give them zero stars

David is viewed by many people in the community as one of the best mechanics in the area and he loves what he does.On their warranty work I give them 100% and they really earn your business. Auto pro keeps you informed on your cars over all mechanical conditions allowing you to be in the drivers seat so to speak. Allowing you to be in control with limited suprises. You don't have to be a pro as long as your connectioned to Autopro!!!

Here is what kind of people own this garage. I prepaid car repairs for my wife's vehicle based on their estimate. 2 days later, my wife sends me a picture of Theresa (owner) handing 120 bucks to my wife. Once they started the work, there was a part not required and labor not needed. They could have kept the money paid in advance and I never would have known the difference. Honest people, quality work. I don't go anywhere else.
