Hands down the best auto shop I’ve taken my car to. They’ve earned a new customer because of their customer service alone. From the moment I talked to someone at the front desk and saw some employee-customer familiarity, I knew this company actually cared about its customers. About an hour after I dropped my car off at its appointment, they had already taken a look at it and validated what I had noticed was wrong, and called me to give me the update. Then after a quick repair, I got it back by the end of the day. I have worked with so many shops that never call, do not value appointments, and minimize their customers without an excuse. My car is in great working order now, the cost was around what I expected it to be, and I am thoroughly impressed. The repair also came with excellent warranty. I also love that they have rental cars available if the car needs to stay for a little longer than expected. I am a very busy person, and to not have my car for multiple days is a huge toll. So thank you South Street Auto Care, I’ll see you again when my car inevitably needs another repair!

All the guys at South Street are great. Sean & Drake were very understanding and patient with me. Drake helped me with an auto credit card, so I didn’t have to put the entire amount on another card of mine. It was a huge repair that turned into a bigger problem once they got under there. Yikes! I trust them & have been taking my cars there for years. I would recommend them to anyone.

They have fixed my car now a couple times and my car is doing is working great, they look at a few extra things if you asked them to. And they can advice. I like the updates you get if the part is delayed or just in general how they are progressing with the repair work. On top of that, you get a loaner car for the time they take to work on your car. When you call, Everyone is very helpful at the South Street Auto and they will get the most accurate info on your car . I felt like the price was better than another place I talked to for the same work, I highly recommend these guys to anyone…

View on GoogleThe only place I could find that would service my car by appointment, they took my car at the scheduled time, did a great job at a fair price, and completed the job sooner than expected. A great group of guys there, all friendly and considerate. They have a clean, comfortable waiting room and plenty of convenient parking. As Arnold would say, “I’ll be back.” 👍
