Historically speaking, I have NEVER had a "Great" experience with a body shop... until I went to Garry's. Super clean and modern facilities, engaging and personable staff INCLUDING THE PAINTER! My job turned into a frustrating color match, trying to match a rare GM color code. It was a small job, but that didn't matter. I am certain Garry's list money performing my repair because of the paint challenges that required over a dozen color match attempts. Can you believe, they didn't raise the price, not one nickel. They dealt with the challenge, honored their quote and would not declare the job complete until I was 100% satisfied. This is NOT the norm in the auto body repair industry. Garry's has raised the bar, they have set the Gold Standard. If you need auto body work/collision repair, you simply won't find a better place.

I brought my K5 here to get damage to the back panel fixed and they worked with me and tried their best to match a price from another shop without losing any quality in their work which I greatly appreciated. I have brought my car here before and knew the work was high quality and quick. I believe I spoke to Jessica and she was extremely nice and helpful when explaining everything. When I got my car back, about a week later, not only did it look like no damage happened to my car but it was cleaner than when I brought it in. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would and I will definitely be a loyal customer that will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I’ve now had two experiences working with Garry’s Collision with extreme satisfaction in both instances. From front office to body shop they are trustworthy, courteous, fair and Masters at their craft. Based on other reviews and my own personal experiences, I’m assured that everyone leaves Garry’s with a great sense of gratitude knowing they have been treated fairly. I would highly recommend Garry’s to anyone shopping for repairs.

It did not take the shop that long to fix it; insurance settlement issues held things up. I am BEYOND pleased with the job they did!!
