Action One Automotive & Towing has consistently provided exceptional service for both our Lexus LX 460 and our Porsche Panamera. They are honest, skilled, communicative, and far more reasonably priced than the dealership. What I appreciate most is their integrity. On two separate occasions, the dealership recommended repairs that Action One carefully assessed and said were not actually needed. They could have easily done the extra work and charged us for it, but instead they were upfront and honest. Two years later, the car is still doing fine, which proved they were absolutely right and saved us from considerable unnecessary expense. Their team is also very professional about communication. If they are short-staffed or someone is out sick, they tell you right away. Frankly, I would rather wait for the right technician, especially when it comes to higher-end vehicles and brand-specific expertise. The waiting area is clean and welcoming, and the staff do a great job keeping customers informed throughout the process. It is not easy to find an auto shop that combines technical skill, fair pricing, and genuine honesty, but Action One does exactly that. I trust them far more than the dealership and highly recommend them.

My friend and I bought a car here. Saad is an honest and straightforward mechanic and he overall has great vibes. The place has lots of hangout space while you get your car and you can see you car get worked on from a window above. The shop is below the waiting area. Overall would recommend this place. I would trust him with all my work.

Have had my Edge ST serviced here a few times - only shop I’d go to. Always fair on price, transparent and quick. Highly recommend action one for any make or model.

Excellent service, honest and knowledgeable with my Toyota repairs. They gave me an honest and complete repair with a substantial cut in the cost the Toyota dealer estimated. They did it in a timely manner and we will be back.

I took some time to contemplate what transpired at Action One and was left with the conclusion that Action One knowingly was trying to have me come in twice (for the same job) to charge me more or they are incompetent and unable to perform the correct job on my initial encounter. In either event, I would choose another company for my automotive care because I no longer trust Action One. My story is as follows: I took my vehicle to Action One and received a ~$1600 quote to replace my oil pump. They would have over 10 days to work on my vehicle because we were going out of town. Action One called back and said my car was fixed before we left for vacation for a total of ~$400 (great!). However, upon returning from vacation the check engine light came back on and we took the vehicle back to Action One. This time they fixed what had been originally quoted but charged me the original of ~$1600 minus $100 for the inconvenience. Mind you, I was more than prepared to pay the $1600 for the job to be done right the first time. Being without our vehicle (for an entire week) when we were back from our vacation was a major disruption and unacceptable. In my estimation the second time should have been ~$1,200 so that my total was the same as the original quote. I feel this way considering what was replaced the first time apparently would have been included with the oil pump replacement that was performed the second time the car was brought in for service. As you can seen, they either are purposely trying to squeeze more money out of a job or are incompetent in their ability to correctly quote and fix problems in an efficient manor. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Furthermore, either the loner vehicle (which they eventually gave us for the last two days) or my vehicle now leaks oil. (see attached picture) Thank you for the reply. I would have expected an experienced mechanic to factor in that the car had over 100,000 miles and probably need the oil pump to be replaced. Action One could have been the hero, as your price was substantially cheaper than the dealership, but you chose to get cute and it ended up costing me more money. So now I will go elsewhere.
