They clearly know what they’re doing and take pride in their expertise. As a woman, I especially appreciated how they communicate. They didn’t dismiss me or make me feel like I didn’t understand — instead, they listened, explained things clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. After fighting with my wife's beetle on a waterpump, I resigned to having someone professional do it. I took it to Nick and the team at Car-Aid and not only did they solve the leak that I had fought with alongside a friend for a month, but also diagnosed that we needed a camshaft positioning sensor replaced. Now the beetle is back on the road, and at a reasonable rate too! Thanks again!
