Quality Repair & Tire did an excellent job on my vehicle. The staff was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. Repairs were completed quickly, pricing was fair, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. My car runs great, and they made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable auto repairs, maintenance, or tire service.

This morning, I had a fantastic experience with Aladdin and his crew. They efficiently got me in and out within twelve minutes. So, I woke up to a nail in my tire. I quickly looked up for a tire shop that was open at 8 am and found a mobile tire place. They quoted me $160, which included $60 for the tire and $60 for the service fee. Surprisingly, the mobile tire place was only ten minutes away from my location. I then came across another tire shop, seven minutes away, but was informed that it would take a few hours to change my tire due to four other car repairs. So, I decided to take the six-minute drive to this amazing shop. As I entered, they noticed my scrubs, stethoscope, and work ID, which clearly indicated that I was a medical professional. I was quickly taken care of and my tire was changed within twelve minutes. I thank you for your amazing service and all that you do. God bless you all and I will definitely be referring you to friends, family, coworkers and whoever else comes along looking for a great shops thank you again. 🙏🏽

Quality repair and tire center are aptly named because they do indeed do quality work! I came in to have my tire patched at the end of the day, and they very kindly made time to patch my tire. The staff was friendly and professional. They were extremely efficient and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

First, let me be clear, I'm only giving 4 stars because if you have read any of my other reviews, you see that I'm very detail oriented. The service is 5 stars, and most won't even blink at the reasons I have it a 4 instead of a 5. Located on 9 mile west of Scotia, next to the car wash. I went in for some tires and was greeted promptly, and although the services bays were full of cars, I was only there for about an hour. I felt like the price was reasonable, and the man who installed my tires was very nice. They have a waiting area with a tv and coffee station. The area was clean, but on an almost 90 degree day, the A/C wasn't on. I was told that another issue was found unrelated to the tires, but unlike when I've taken my car to other places, I didn't feel pressured to take care of it immediately. The mechanic informed me of the issue, gave me an honest assessment, and a price that I thought was fair and not inflated. I had to use the restroom, which wasn't awful, but could use some tlc. Overall, I world recommend this place and will return.

I brought my 2012 Dodge Charger R/T in due to severe shaking and a loud front-end noise. I clearly stated that the noise was my main concern. I was recommended front suspension repairs (control arms, ball joints, stabilizer components) and paid $1,320. I even provided the control arms myself. While the car drives somewhat better, the original loud noise is still there with no improvement. I was told it could be a rack and pinion issue, but it was never clearly explained that the recommended repairs might not fix my main concern. I would not have spent this amount had I known that. I was also charged for an ACC calibration, even though my vehicle does not have adaptive cruise control. When I questioned this, I was told every car needs it after control arm work, which doesn’t seem accurate for my vehicle. When I returned, the mechanic couldn’t identify the noise. After keeping my car for hours without communication, I was told I was missing a plastic underbody piece. I replaced it, but the noise is still present. Overall, I’m disappointed. I trusted their diagnosis and feel like my main concern was not addressed. While some work was completed, I do not feel confident in the accuracy of the repairs or the charges. I’ve attached my estimate so others can review the charges for themselves. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
