I had a dent in my car door and when I opened the door it would screech. I had to get it fixed for the sound alone. I originally went to another shop where the staff was rude, uncommunicative, and left me waiting in the lobby with no acknowledgment. I walked out and called Collision Icon, and I’m so glad I did. Mason answered the phone right away and told me to come in. He took photos of my car and sent them to his manager, Tristan, who was actually out on vacation. Even so, Tristan still called me while he was on his drive to let me know he received the photos, would be sending a quote, and walked me through exactly what I needed to get the process moving. This was the week before Thanksgiving. They got my car in quickly, gave me consistent updates, and I had my car back before the holiday. Not only did they fix the dent, but my entire car looked better than before—even little things I hadn’t mentioned were improved. My car looks and drives amazing. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from start to finish. Mason and Tristan are incredible, and Collision Icon is a place where you will be in good hands. Highly recommend!

I recently had my windshield replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. They made the process incredibly convenient by picking up my vehicle from my home and returning it shortly after the repair was completed. The windshield replacement was done quickly and flawlessly, with excellent attention to detail. My vehicle was also returned cleaned and detailed, which was an unexpected and appreciated touch. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship, professionalism, convenience, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass services. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair shop.

My insurance company wanted to total my car, but she still ran just fine, and I knew she wasn't ready for the scrapyard! I walked into Collision Icon and spoke with Michelle. She was very helpful, and so were the other folks that worked with my insurance company's info to come up with a doable estimate for repairs. I am so incredibly happy that I have my travel companion back because they were willing and able to work within my means! They did a GREAT job, and I got her back even faster than I could've hoped to. I'm so glad I reached out to these guys instead of just listening to my insurance company.
