Generally i do my own maintenance/mechanical work. Unfortunately I was pressed for time before a road trip and had them do an oil change. Thanks to their incredible service I had the pleasure of having to replace my oil pan. They stripped my drain plug into my oil pan due to lazy bad work and over torquing it. Steer clear of this shop.

Got an oil change up there and they accidentally didn’t push the dipstick all the way back down the tube, so oil was being splashed all over my engine compartment. Accidents happen and it wasn’t that major of an issue. And I only noticed it because it was the middle of winter and I had to go under the hood to swap out a flat battery. When I took it back there they told me that just to make sure there were no contaminants in my oil, due to all the slush and snow that was on the roads that week, they gave me another complete oil change for free!!! And they cleaned all the oil off my engine compartment as well!!! It’s service like that and commitment to customer satisfaction which is rare in today’s world and these guys are champions of it!
