I had 3 experiences with this shop in the last five years. 2015 my 2010 GMC yukon denali Hybrid has a bad accident from the right side, they fixed it for me and reutern it like new with no issues at all. Like magic. 2016 I had problems on my GMC Yukon denali engine. hard vibration and white smoke from the back of the car??!, they told me the engine lifters broken inside the engine, I can't find a engine fit my car in the market, they help me and repild the engine. Back like new. 2017 the same car keeps giving me stop warning on the dashboard even the dealer can't figure out whats wrong with car, I towed the car to their shop from the GMC dealer, they just used their magic and fixed it like never been an issue with it. Car Automotive This was about my third time here. I recently bought a 2018 Jeep Compass. We had the car checked out by a mechanic and there were NO major issues. I drove the car home with NO noises or rattles. I then speak with Alex and asked him to check the car out and since it was at 90k in miles to give me tune up, and check/top off fluids and to please check my brakes. He said ok and it was going to be $315. I pick the car up,and was told I was all set but needed rotors and brakes. As I drive, the car is reving high like it wants to change gears but can’t. I drove it straight HOME and it stayed PARKED for the week b/c we were out of town. When I returned, I called Alex and he said to bring it in. I restated what I wanted done b/c I was driving the car to Charlotte NC and wanted EVERYTHING DONE before leaving. I explained that my hubby drove the car, and something was wrong. Alex said he would have the same guy look at it. We get there and the guy gets in gears the noise upon driving, and says it sounds like the CV boot, then says tire rod. But says the brakes are good!? WHAT??? We drop him off and drive home. Folks, my husband is a MECHANICAL ENGINEER and is a CERTIFIED FAA MECHANIC. He looks under the hood and finds that the intake valve has a hole. So we literally buy it off AMAZON for $115 b/c it was expensive from the dealer. This hose would’ve had to be touched in order to get to the FOUR SPARK PLUGS that they supposedly changed, but the covers for them were dusty like they hadn’t been touched. In addition, the ONLY fluid that was topped off was the windshield fluid AND I BOUGHT THAT! My BRAKE FLUID AND ANTIFREEZE were both low. We know that antifreeze can only be looked at when the car is cold. However, if you have the car for 4-6 hours, the antifreeze is cool. So, FOUR spark plugs, TWO filters, and oil cost me $315!!!! I call bs. PLEASE BE CAREFUL coming here. The “guy” riding/working on my car WAS THE OWNER NAMED NICK! Not once did he identify himself and most importantly, HE DOESN’T KNOW CARS!!! My hubby bought our Bentley up there and they didn’t even know the basics! My hubby went elsewhere. My car, a 2018 JEEP COMPASS, they don’t know about this car either?! So we found out that my car is KNOWN to have a noise. Why didn’t NICK KNOW THIS??? ***DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE***

I've used this place several times. They came recommended by a few friends. So far I've been happy. Prices seem fair and service is with a smile. Haven't had the need to do anything more than brakes and similar maintenance but I'd trust them with my car....
