Love this place! There was no line when I went on a Friday afternoon. I was expecting to wait but Zo got me in immediately. He was very charismatic and kind. He talked me through the process and made me feel comfortable in the bay. He did not pressure me to get anything extra but did make the offer and show me exactly what needed to be done. I was out of there, I believe, in exactly ten minutes! Thank you so much, Zo!!! So helpful and efficient. Will be coming back!

SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Had them change my rear view light and they broke the plastic piece protecting the bulb. After getting the run around from Moe and Dre they refused to fix the issue. Dre (the higher up) said he would check the cameras, took forever to get back to me and when he finally did the footage he sent was only partial of me there and did not show the rear tail lights. Video also had already started from the employee having my trunk up, not when i first pulled in. He sent just the video-no call or follow up text. Place is terrible from the leadership down and they have terrible customer service.

Overtightened my oil filter housing on my 14 jeep wrangler and cracked it. They did NOT use a torque wrench. It has a specific torque specification for a reason! I had to tear the top end of my motor apart and replace the whole oil cooler housing assembly, which is down in the valley of the top end of the engine block. Not a cheap or easy task. I took it back in to them before I fixed it, as it was spewing oil all over the place. They wiped and sprayed it off, said your all good and denied there was an issue. Well here is a pic to prove it... Be Warned!!! These guys are not certified mechanics, just hack jobs.

Went here last week then drove home. The next day my car had an engine light on... interesting. Ran diagnostics to show a P420, Looked and found that they have added 2 QUARTS extra and realized they never showed me the dip stick. NEVER COME HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. Trash.

They were changing my oil and broke my oil pan bolt and said they are not responsible for it I had oil changes three time's before no problem. This happen on 01 14 2026 had not talk to management in two days was told he's not paying for it.
