North end auto is the place I chose to do business with when my car was damaged from an accident. They handled 90% of the auto claim I made with state farm. Sarah was very nice and patient and made me feel at ease. As soon as my car arrived they jumped right on it and got to work. When the work was finished my looked brand new again and everything lined up magnificent. It was the first time I had been in this situation and I'm glad I chose North end to repair my vehicle. They calibrated all my sensors(car is a Mercedes with alot of sensors and cameras). They even repaired my rim and made it look brand new as the rim had a few scratches from the hot. Below are pictures of the accident and condition of car when hit, and the other pic is after the car was repaired and finished. I give them 5 stars for sure. The owner even took me in his office and showed me every nook and cranny of my vehicle that they repaired. Once again thank you North end auto and thank you Sarah for your patience, your phone calls, and the concern you showed me while doing business. I would recommend North end auto for your collision needs.

I had such a fantastic experience with the fine people at North End collision! They did incredible work in a timely fashion. They even managed to overcome obstacles like supply chain issues and back ordered parts. They fought through all of the hurdles and found a way to deliver my car back to me good as new. I can’t recommend this team enough for all your collision repairs. They worked seamlessly with state Farm to process the claim. They are great folks!
