Service is impeccable.. the employees are kind and accommodating. Answers all questions. The young men working at the Greenfield are excellent and the equipment used to clean the car as well as vacuum the car are always in excellent condition. And truly love the unlimited exterior wash.. kudos to the manager who is hiring their crew. Whether I’m at the Madison Heights on Stevenson Highway or the Greenfield Car Wash the young gentleman they have working for them and young ladies are absolutely awesome . Thank you Jax Car Wash

My first time at Jax was Awesome! The guy who signed us up for our monthly unlimited plan was super helpful and professional. Most importantly, my new car is cleaner than the day I bought it!! Super fast, convenient and I passed three other locations when I was out tonight. It occurred to me while in the car wash that a clean car is something I value, but I really don’t want to wash it myself!!

I just discovered this location and ABSOLUTELY love ❤️ it. Tires ride on top of the belt, not rims hitting grooves at the other car wash places. Drying buffer is light and fluffy. This is my new location moving forward. Longer drive but SO well worth it. And customer service is friendly.

The only problem I have is when approaching entering the wash the operator does not give customers enough time to put the car in NEUTRAL. Tire shine should be included in price. It boils me terribly. Other than that Im satisfied with my car wash
