Varsity Lincoln, Inc. Service

Did not have a pleasant experience with the service department. They were nice, smiled, and spoke wonderful while denying a legitimate claim. Took my car to star Lincoln and did a full breakdown and found what varsity Lincoln missed which qualified it under warranty. Their techs also don't know what burnt synthetic film is vs. oil sludge. Wouldn't trust them to do major repairs. They are probably fine for engine oil and brakes but even then I'm going to star Lincoln. Update: love the generic response after the fact of leaving me hanging high and dry. Star Lincoln fixed it all. There is nothing you guys can do to resolve anything except be better more humane people.

Jermain is a wonderful service advisor. He has great communication, he updates me every step of the way every time my vehicle is in service. I never have any issues, he always gives me a pleasant Varsity experience. I would recommend Jermain to everyone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough great things about the body shop at Varsity Lincoln Mercury. Rudy and Ami are truly exceptional—so on top of everything, communicative, and genuinely caring. They made a stressful situation feel easy and handled every detail with professionalism and kindness. The entire staff is wonderful, but Rudy and Ami really go above and beyond. It’s also clear that the Stanford family runs an outstanding operation—everything is smooth, efficient, and incredibly well-organized. The service is absolutely stellar, and they truly treat you like a VIP from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about Bill Hardin and his service team. They are highly-responsive when you contact them via phone/text/email. They provide a brand-new loaner whenever your vehicle is in for service. But they go above-and-beyond too, doing things like extra interior detailing after we had a tough spill, or returning the vehicle with a full tank of gas when it was nearly empty upon arrival. It's these little things that will keep us loyal to Varsity!

I just had an extremely terrible experience with the Varsity Lincoln service department! I went in the the service department in July to book an oil change for my wife's 2024 Navigator, I booked an appointment a couple weeks out. After leaving I get a call saying they need to cancel that appointment and the next available appt. is 2 months out for an oil change. Not happy, but I booked it anyway. I just walked in today to check on the appt and to see if they could also do a brake recall at that same appointment. The lady behind the glass window says I don't see an appointment for me and tells me to wait in the lobby for a service manager to come and see me. I wait 5 mins and Pat comes in, I tell him my scenario and he says we cancelled your appointment because I didn't buy my Lincoln directly from them. He goes on to say they are short staffed, now I'm 2000 miles overdue on an oil change and have to hunt for another Lincoln dealer to do the work. Very poor service!! I'm surprised as they tout "Presidential award" for service. Disappointed to say the least!!
