They will not pick up tires although it is a service they offer and a service we pay for as a shop I've been trying to get them to our shop to remove more than 50 tires I must have put in 10 calls and received two pickups we still have tires left I am told they would schedule trucks the following week every time I call but so far no one has showed up I would not recommend this company if you want prompt Professional Service.. this is regarding the Detroit area warehouse

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER. Ordered tires on November 19th and agreed to pay the additional $100 shipping. Called back on the 22nd to get a tracking and was told not available yet but they would call me with it. Called back on the 23rd and was told still no tracking, rather odd, and was again told they would call me back. Had to call AGAIN on the 30th and was told 2 had arrived at their facility and they were going to get a tracking and call me back, again, no call back. Called AGAIN on December 1st and asked for a supervisor. Told no one was available but she would have one call me back.........Two hours later I called them back and I have currently been on hold waiting for a supervisor for 25 minutes as of right now. Sad thing is we have a customer WAITING on these tires to complete a job.

awful customer service and CPU has no idea what theyre doing at all. Theres literally never anybody at the desk, and Ive been here over a half an hour at will call and still have yet to be taken care of. Do better

Got here a 8:40 appointment was at 9. It’s going on 2 and still not unloaded. Don’t think I’ll deliver here again (it’s my 2nd time delivery here first time was 10hrs to get unloaded).
