I had a great experience with CARS of Novi. DJ and Nertila were incredibly nice, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, they made everything easy to understand and kept me informed every step of the way. Their customer service really stood out. And, even though I had never been there before when I came back to pick up my car, they even greeted me by name.
