Did a great job on fixing a crack on my bumper. Painting was perfect and matches factory. They had to repeat the job a second time because after the first time something went wrong and the paint bubbled before curing completely. They acknowledged the problem, fixed it in a short span of time and even reimbursed me for the inconvenience. Overall very satisfied with the quality and communication. 10/10 would recommend.

View on GoogleI have had several very good experiences at top gun but this last one not so. I had them wax my car but, when I pointed several scuff marks I was told to wash it and then wipe it off. Wait. Its that what i paid them to do? Also. I didn't appreciate be chastised for bringing my car in late. Not a good experience today, maybe I shouldn't have scheduled it for a Monday?
