I went to many shops with my Kia EV9 and no one would work on my car because it's electric. All I needed was alignment and tire rotation. Funny enough a big brand tire shop recommended Precise Auto Repair, and I was not disappointed. They did a great job. No more tire noise.

Brought my car in on Wednesday 3/04 for an oil leak issue, it was inspected the same day. Brett was awesome to work with, he brought me a lot of peace of mind during the process. They inspected the ENTIRE car for issues, not just the area I was having a problem with. I was provided with a full written diagnostics report with photos showing the issues they are seeing that needed immediate repair as well as things to key an eye on for possible future repairs. I ended up having multiple major issues going on, partially due to a previous mechanic doing janky repairs. We initially thought I wouldn’t get my car back until the following Monday. Brett and his team had my car fixed and back to me the very next day and it’s driving better than it ever has! Cut to today, my fiancé’s car is suddenly leaking coolant. We brought the car for after hours drop off and Brett just so happened to be in the shop on his day off. He waived us in, got the car scheduled for inspection first thing Monday, and handed us the keys to a loaner car to help get us by as he knows we just moved to Novi and cannot afford to miss any days at work. The team at Precise truly care about their customers. They don’t take advantage or rip you off, they just want to help a fellow human. Highly recommend them for all your car needs!

I took my trusty old ford in here after hitting some pot holes a little too hard and I couldn’t get an alignment my car was so jacked up. I had taken my car into another shop just a week prior and they didn’t do a full inspection. I’m glad I decided to go elsewhere, because the guys here at Precise Auto Repair DID and ohhhhhwee!!! My car was literally falling apart, and not safe to drive at all 😰 I am so grateful for the knowledgeable mechanics at this shop! And the biggest part that matters is they took me back and showed me everything that was broken on my car, explained everything to me, and didn’t BS me one bit. And considering the amount of work I got done, I’d say the price was pretty fair! As a mother and business owner, I am grateful from the bottom of my heart to have found a shop I can trust. I would be nothing without my vehicle. And the shop puppy is a huge bonus! She’s such a good girl ♥️ Thank you again for getting my vehicle safe and driving smoother than when I first got her!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I HIGHLY recommend Precise Auto Repair! Precise got our out-of-town vehicle fixed and back in the road on the Friday after Thanksgiving. You can tell that his word is as good as his handshake! Clean and organized shop. He billed the responsible business directly. If I lived near Novi, THIS is the place I’d go for repairs. We had new tires put on our vehicle two days before. Then three lug nuts came off on the way to my nephew’s state football game. Precise fixed our car quickly, and we had confidence in the quality of their work to get us the 2 hours safely home that same evening. Thank you!

I want to start off by saying that am very dissatisfied with the service that I received earlier this week at this place. I called them on Monday and Brett answered the phone. I let him know that I wanted to bring my car in and that it had a few issues. He asked me about the issues but was very short with me and only allowed me to tell him 1 of the 3 issues I had. I was also told I would have to make an appointment and drop it off. I don’t see where it says appointments only on the site and that you can’t wait for your car. Next day I took my car in and told him I was inquiring about 3 issues( my car stalling, heat issue, and just a check to make sure the car was safe for driving (that things look tight and good) I came in with plenty of money with the intention on paying for whatever my car needed in order to be safe and more. I literally waited there from 8am till 1:30 200$ later Just to be told they couldn’t find out why my car stalls. ( My car stalled today so I still have the issue). Which was disappointing so then I asked about the other two issues only to find that all the time my car stayed back there the did not check the heat issue, nor lift it just to take a look if everything looked good. He handed me back my keys and told me that I would have to come a different day to get the other issues looked at. Meaning more diagnostics and more $. My car stalled on the way home as well. I thought I could still rely on this place because they seemed reasonable the first time I did business with them and they had a motto that they cared about struggling women/ households. But 200$ was too much to pay just to be told nothing is wrong then my car stalling (still is) on the way home with 4 children in the car as well depend on it. Will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
