I trusted the professional opinion I was given, but after getting a second opinion, another mechanic was able to repair the vehicle for $1,550. I reached out to discuss this and request a resolution, but I have not received a response. I expected better communication and a more accurate diagnosis from a shop specializing in these vehicles. I hope someone from management reaches out to address this situation.
