These guys are shady, I called to see if they could install air shocks on the rear of my truck, he told me yes it will take at max 4 hours or about $500-600 I said ok. Take it in an they tell me itll take 10 hours an about $1400-$1500!!!! Didnt wanna say I already talked to you last week about bringing it in cause at this point I knew I couldnt trust this shady shop to do any work on my truck.

View on GoogleAfter I did a complete suspension change, I was actually referred to this shop by a large chain (Belle Tire) after they said they couldn't service my vehicle due to "frame or knuckle damage" and refused to perform an alignment. I stopped by Harold's and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took my concerns seriously. They determined there was no damage or issue with the parts, performed the alignment at a great price, and got my car back on the road in just little over an hour. I was very pleased with everything, and since they are a general mechanic, will take my car to them for any future servicing.
