I had a great experience at the dealership getting my Tahoe serviced. The team worked quickly and had everything taken care of in no time. The service was professional, efficient, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate how fast Eric and the team got the job done while still doing quality work. View on GoogleI dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall appointment at the Novi location because my corporate job uses them and it’s nearby, so I expected a smooth and easy experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I returned around 12:30 p.m. on 2/19, I walked in to find an employee thrusting into the counter chatting with coworkers before realizing I was standing behind him. He laughed it off with a group of men before finally assisting me. Thank goodness I didn't have my 5 year old with me! It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. After paying and getting my keys, I walked outside to see two service employees and a customer standing around my car, inspecting damage that had been done. My vehicle had been scratched and dented, and the mirror was broken due to it not being parked properly. This was clearly negligence. I’ve been a loyal customer to Chevrolet for years and have visited many different dealerships for service, and I have never experienced anything like this. Not only was the situation handled poorly, but now I’m left spending my afternoon dealing with the damage and filing a police report. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning and will be contacting corporate.

He effectively communicates the status of work on the vehicle and investigates questions or concerns I have about the vehicle systems. I trust Omari! I find the rest of the service team to also be helpful and customer oriented.
View on GoogleMy lease experience with Feldman Chevy of Novi was great, however my last service visit was not so great. They did not reset the information display and it still reads "Needs oil change". Tried unssuccefully to reset it. Also did not replace all the valve stem caps. Not a big issue, I'm just particular.
View on GoogleI brought my truck in to have my display repaired under warranty almost 2 monthsago. They ordered the part and gave me my truck back with nothing fixed. They said it would be a few days. After a week of them not contacting me I had to call to get an update. They said the part is on backorder with no ETA. I have never once been contacted with an update or possible resolution. I have to contact them for them to tell me they don't have any new information. The lack of communication and refusal to offer any sort of solution or time line is unacceptable. Pick any other dealer for purchase and service.
