I went to Dean's automotive today for an oil change and tire rotation. I have to say that Dean is one of the most pleasant and kind people I have met. VERY professional and courteous to me, while also being honest, and hard working and skilled and knowledgeable. He had me in and out in under an hour and that was with looking over the vehicle. Dean is a rockstar! Last week my husband called Dean to inquire about working on my jeep, Dean was transparent about price estimate and what possibly needed to be done. The next day we had it towed and after taking a look, Dean called us and let us know what all needed to be done as well as what we were looking at for the exact price. What i really appreciate about Dean is that when we arrived to his shop he immediately took us to my car, showed us what was wrong visually and explained how we would fix the problem. After giving Dean the go ahead, he had it fixed in a timely manner and made us feel like family after all was said and done. Dean is a man who appreciates his customers and provides quality work!

They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The work was done quickly and at a fair price, and my car has been running perfectly since. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but this is definitely one of those places. Highly recommend!
