Listening to reviews, I couldn’t believe it. I tested their work myself by getting new struts, shocks, and headlights installed on my truck. They did a great job, and I had it back the same day. It drives very smoothly now. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends any day. Abe was fantastic! Very friendly, explained what I needed, and gave me very reasonable prices and quotes.
View on GoogleEXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! Abe (and company) did an excellent job on my Kia Soul. He inspected it and gave me a very good and fair price. I had to get 2 lower control arms and ball joint assembly, axle, tune -up, front brakes and rotors. After the repairs were done the same day, I was on the road again. Next day I detected , a minor hiccup, I took it back to Abe and he went over, above, and beyond to rectify the minor hiccup with EXCELLENCE. He could have just rectified the issue and all would have been fair, but he went above and did a little extra … and that speaks to his character! 👏🏽 He (personally) took ‘accountability’ and he stands on making sure he has (and keeps) satisfied customers, which is something that is ‘hard to find in today’s economy.’ So THANK YOU Abe (and company) for your honesty, fairness, grace, professionalism, work of excellence, and commitment to great customer service. I’ll forever be a committed customer. I’ll send all my family and friends to The Mechanic Shop. It feels good to TRUST a mechanic again. [I’m old school so I remember back in the day when we could trust a mechanic..❤️, happy days are here again! 😂]. So ladies and gentlemen, go see Abe and tell him Ms. Wanda sent you. View on GoogleI tried, very hard, twice, to swap out the plastic union that the factory installed inside my coolant heater hose line. The union won both times, so i sought a pro. Abe at The Mechanic Shop on 9 mile took my car in, even though he was busy, and took care of it in under an hour. I very much enjoyed chatting with Abe, who is straight-forward, friendly, and very very skilled. Price was extremely fair - too fair i thought - and after some convincing he let me pay $35 more that his price because i was so very happy with his service. Customer for life.
